• Provide customer service to meet customer needs
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures
• Manage lotto services
• Process utility payments, rentals, and transactions
• Perform negative transactions such as refund or return transactions
• Assist in Front End Department functions
• Maintain customer service desk area
• Assist other departments and functions as required
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
• Perform administrative duties as required

What You Bring To The Table

• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Partial high school
• No previous experience required

Receiving & Inventory Management

• Accept, unload and verify all incoming shipments (including distribution center and direct vendor deliveries) against purchase orders.
• Inspect goods for damage, verify quantities and promptly document or report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and highly organized backroom utilizing proper inventory storage principles.
• Process returns and prepare outgoing shipments according to company protocols.

Merchandising & Floor Execution

• Ensure the efficient flow of merchandise from the receiving area directly to the sales floor.
• Stock and rotate products on the shelves, ensuring correct placement and removing any damaged or expired.
• Implement visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are front-faced and eye catching.
• Print and execute signage, talkers and price labels for promotions, flyers and corporate markdowns.
