Sales Consultant – Parkway Ford

Parkway Ford is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and helping drivers find the right vehicle for their needs.

As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle shopping and purchase process while delivering a professional, helpful, and customer-focused experience. The ideal candidate is confident, eager to learn, and ready to generate results in a busy Ford dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our new and pre-owned Ford inventory
• Help customers compare vehicles, features, trims, and available options
• Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with their lifestyle, budget, and preferences
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers
• Assist with showroom, sales lot, and promotional vehicle displays
• Work with the Finance Manager to support a smooth purchase process
• Collaborate with Sales Management to present attractive options on new and used vehicles
• Work with the marketing team to help grow our customer base

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
• Ability to learn vehicle features, inventory, and product information quickly
• Comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required for the right candidate
• Valid driver’s licence
