Application Delivery Manager (CLA) at COFOMO

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

• Plan deliverables taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and required linkages with the squads;
• Ensure functional supervision and coordination of contributors involved in delivery activities;
• Ensure the performance of the team as well as the application of established standards, methods and procedures;
• Control the quality of the work carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines;
• Coordinate deliverables within established timelines, scope and budgets;
• Lead and facilitate project meetings in order to promote the advancement of initiatives;
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of technology solutions.

The Profile Sought Is As Follows

• Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, project management or a related field;
• Have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in project management;
• Possess a combination of training and equivalent experience that may be considered;
• Hold a certification in project management or agility, including PMP, CSM, PSM or SAFe;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira and Confluence tools;
• Apply agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
• Demonstrate experience as a delivery manager in an agile environment;
• Simultaneously manage several technological projects of varying complexity;
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and tools is an asset;
• Understanding Genesis, Amber or other similar software packages is an asset;
• Knowledge of auto insurance industry solutions is an asset.
• This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English language proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues on an international scale.
