Job Description

  • Oversee the coordination, functional management and leadership of all component service parts, sales, service / warranty and warehouses within North America
  • Drive new business development opportunities
  • Develop strategic plans to meet product production, sales budget and P & L
  • Implementation and development of production, product pricing, inventory planning, sales and service
  • Develop, execute and evaluate annual targets to meet sales targets
  • Planning and development of sales, service and inventory
  • Analysis of the current dealer network; development of action plans to expand potential business opportunities in the marketplace
  • Implement development programs as they relate to production
  • Manage all production development and sales processes
  • Control and manage promotion and incentive programs for dealers and end users
  • Direct and control team management for both operations and sales and company divisions located in Canada and the US
  • Develop, nurture and reinforce a culture of teamwork within the business unit at all locations
  • Manage, develop and control cross functional team managers
  • Other tasks or Projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • University Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or other related post-secondary education preferred
  • Experience with metal components manufacturing / fabrication
  • Experience in operations and sales capacities in large organization (i.e $100 Mil. revenue+)
  • Proven track record of building and leading high performance teams
  • Strong decision making skills and excellent judgement
  • Ability to target, plan, and execute initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Highly effective facilitation, presentation and other communication skills
  • Solid business acumen, senior management, and problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Valid passport and ability to travel as required (including internationally)
