We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Kelowna team. What You'll Be Doing

As a Technical Sales Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for customers, providing technical expertise and ensuring projects move efficiently from quotation to completion.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional support by phone and email
  • Preparing accurate estimates, quotations, and technical submittals for commercial HVAC projects
  • Managing customer orders from entry through delivery while ensuring accuracy and meeting project timelines
  • Coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and key accounts
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by identifying solutions and responding proactively to customer needs
  • Supporting branch initiatives, customer events, and team projects as required
  • Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying current with HVAC technologies and industry trends

Qualifications Include

  • 3+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience
