General Labourer — Restoration | $19–$22/hr + Path to Certified Technician | SERVPRO

What You'll Get

• $19.00–$22.00/hour, based on experience
• A real career path: Labourer → IICRC-certified Technician ($22–$27/hr) → Lead Technician. We pay for your certification training when you're ready
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 8 hours, 2x after 12 hours (BC Employment Standards)
• Extended health & dental benefits + paid vacation
• Full-time, permanent position
• Multilingual team — English/Mandarin/Cantonese an asset

What You'll Do

• Prepare rooms and staging areas; set up equipment for each project
• Assist technicians with demolition, debris removal, and material handling
• Load, unload, and move equipment between jobsites
• Perform end-of-day cleanup — leave every jobsite clean and orderly
• Communicate with your crew and management to keep jobs moving

What We're Looking For

• Valid BC Driver's License
• Physically fit: lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance), climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and attics
• Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to pass a background check (subject to applicable law)
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Location: Field-based, Greater Vancouver

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
