Senior Project Manager, Program Delivery & Governance at Veriforce Canada
Department: Product
Location: Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area, Canada
The Program Delivery & Governance team is the delivery and operations capability within Veriforce's Product & Technology organization. The function is responsible for enterprise-wide strategic program delivery, delivery health and reporting, planning discipline, governance standards, as well as leadership operations and the generation of executive insights.
The team operates as a single function with a shared career framework and a collaborative operating model that enables cross-functional support across its responsibilities. Veriforce operates across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Belgium, and several other markets. This function supports all of these regions and deploys dedicated resources whenever specific regional support is required.
What that means day-to-day
Executive Leadership Team Offsites (Canada SLT Offsites)
Executive Leadership Team Offsites are the division's primary strategic alignment mechanism. This is not simply about organizing an event—it is about driving the strategic content, decisions, and outcomes that the leadership team needs to achieve.
You will be responsible for
- Leading the end-to-end planning and coordination of the Canadian Executive Leadership Team Offsites, including agenda design, pre-read preparation, and documenting outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining the annual offsite calendar, ensuring each session supports the division's strategic priorities.
- Participating in all Executive Leadership Team meetings to provide continuity, context, and follow-through on key initiatives.
- Partnering with the President and Executive Leadership Team members to design sessions that drive decision-making and strategic alignment, rather than simply providing updates.
Annual Conference
The Annual Conference is the Canadian division's flagship strategic alignment event, setting the direction and priorities for the year ahead. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for delivering the event from concept through execution.
You will be responsible for
- Leading the end-to-end planning and execution of the Annual Conference, from initial concept through delivery.
- Managing the external event partner, coordinating Executive Leadership Team contributions, and ensuring all content is produced according to schedule.
- Partnering with the President to translate company strategy into compelling, actionable content for the broader organization.
- Developing and maintaining the Conference Playbook, including timelines, stakeholders, content owners, presentation formats, and logistical planning.
- Strategic Roundtable
The Strategic Roundtable is the Canadian division's flagship customer engagement program. The Senior Project Manager ensures its success through disciplined program delivery and execution.
You will be responsible for
- Supporting the delivery of the strategic customer engagement program by maintaining a consistent cadence, ensuring effective preparation, and driving structured follow-up.
- Coordinating stakeholders, preparing meetings, and tracking outcomes for each roundtable cycle.
- Partnering with regional leaders and the Canadian Executive Leadership Team to ensure every session is well-organized and directly aligned with the division's strategic priorities.
Regional Delivery & Product and Technology Support
As a member of the Program Delivery & Governance team, you will represent the regional delivery capability for Canada. This responsibility is equally as important as the division's three strategic priorities and is not considered secondary.
You will be responsible for
- Leading Product & Technology programs within the Canadian region in accordance with the function's established standards for governance, delivery health, and stakeholder alignment.
- Exercising independent judgment regarding priorities, escalations, and the delivery cadence of the regional portfolio.
- Managing both the regional portfolio and the Canadian division's strategic priorities simultaneously, flexing resources as business demands change.
What Success Looks Like

- You are fully integrated with the Canadian Executive Leadership Team and have established trusted relationships with the President and senior leaders.
- You have assumed ownership of the division's highest-priority strategic initiative.
- You actively contribute to leadership meetings by providing context, insights, and recommendations.
- You have developed a strong understanding of the division's strategic priorities and naturally connect your delivery work to business outcomes.
