Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties as required
  • Warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Clean Drivers Abstract with driving experience (up to 5-ton truck)
  • Demolition of work area
  • Responsible for various material pick up and deliveries
  • Help various building trade Associates regarding handling materials and equipment
  • Ensure accurate and proper inventory management and allocation of materials
  • Thorough, assistance in clean-up of renovation areas
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the Leader
  • Assist team as needed

Experience

  • Knowledge of basic tools
  • Clean drivers abstract with driving experience
  • Construction safety training is an asset

Technical Requirements

  • Ability to learn in house programs
  • Basic knowledge of Inventory Control
  • Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Deadline and goal oriented
  • Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
  • Ability to maneuver up to 70 lbs with the proper equipment
  • Use and promote safe working practices
