What You'll Do
As our Fractional Chief Growth Officer, you'll work alongside our CEO and a team of experienced specialists in Finance, Sales, Talent, and Operations.

You'll Lead Growth Assessments By Evaluating
- Lead generation strategy
- Marketing attribution and reporting
- Customer acquisition costs
- ROI across every marketing channel
- Website conversion performance
- Sales and marketing alignment
- Referral systems
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile performance
- AI and automation opportunities
- Customer journey and lead response
- Marketing technology and CRM effectiveness
You'll Help Clients Determine
- What's working
- What's wasting money
- Where demand is leaking
- Where they should invest more
- Where they should stop spending
- Whether marketing is actually the constraint--or if another part of the business needs attention first
You'll then help build a practical 90-day roadmap that creates measurable business results.
This Role Is NOT...
- Managing ad campaigns
- Designing websites
- Posting on social media
- Writing copy every day
- Acting as an agency account manager
We hire specialists for execution.
Your role is to think strategically, diagnose problems, ask better questions, interpret data, and help business owners make better decisions.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first six months, you'll confidently lead growth assessments and help business owners answer questions like:
- Which marketing channels actually produce profitable customers?
- Should we increase or reduce our marketing spend?
- Is our marketing generating enough demand?
- Is sales converting opportunities effectively?
- Are we tracking the right metrics?
- Is marketing really the bottleneck, or is something else preventing growth?
You won't just identify problems--you'll help create the roadmap that solves them.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational experience.
You likely have experience in one or more of the following:
- Leading marketing or growth for a home service company
- Running demand generation for a multi-location business
- Working inside a high-performing marketing agency serving home services
- Building marketing systems backed by analytics and attribution
- Leading cross-functional growth initiatives
You Understand Concepts Like
- Google Ads
- Local SEO / AEO / GEO
- Google Business Profile
- Lead attribution
- Customer acquisition cost
- CRM systems
- Marketing dashboards
- AI tools
- Conversion optimization
- Call tracking
