Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Operations, Planning, and Quality teams.
  • Provide sourcing input throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to mass production.

Supplier Performance & Risk Management

  • Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, capacity, and quality risks.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with our ESG standards and ethical sourcing policies.

Sourcing & Supplier Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop a robust global supplier base.
  • Ensure suppliers can meet technical, design, production, and delivery requirements.
  • Qualify new suppliers and materials, supporting R&D and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management (preferably in electronics, hardware, or consumer products).
  • International Expertise: Proven track record in international sourcing and managing multi-continent supplier relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cost modeling, contract negotiation, supplier quality frameworks, and NPI processes.
  • Systems: Proficient with ERP systems and sourcing tools. Experience with Rootstock, Salesforce, or Propel is a great asset.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential as you will interact daily with international clients and markets (US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, etc.); French proficiency is required.

Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture. We welcome and value candidates from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Please note that our job posting uses simplified grammar to facilitate comprehension between languages, and is not meant to discriminate nor foster biases between gender identities. Join us in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered.
