Internet Sales Manager at Penticton Toyota

Penticton Toyota is looking for a driven, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to lead online sales inquiries, digital customer engagement, and appointment generation for our dealership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment, understands modern digital lead management, and can turn online interest into showroom traffic and vehicle sales.

You’ll play a key role in managing internet leads, improving response times, supporting the sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first click to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming internet and phone leads promptly and professionally
• Build relationships with customers through email, text, phone, and digital platforms
• Schedule showroom appointments and coordinate customer follow-up
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system
• Monitor lead sources and help improve digital sales performance
• Support online vehicle merchandising, pricing updates, and digital campaigns
• Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers to generate repeat business
• Assist with social media engagement and reputation management initiatives
• Ensure all communications reflect the dealership’s commitment to exceptional service

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or internet sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with CRM systems, email platforms, and digital communication tools
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with dealership software and lead management platforms is considered an asset
