Backend Intern (PFE) at PHPMorocco

The role

We're looking for a senior engineer to lead the next chapter of our order-management platform. You'll write code, but more importantly you'll set the bar — for code review, for architecture decisions, for the way the team grows.

What you'll do

• Lead the architecture of our order-management platform (Symfony 7, PostgreSQL).
• Mentor a team of three mid-level engineers; review PRs with care and patience.
• Partner with product to shape the roadmap — we ship weekly.
• Push back on bad ideas; champion the good ones.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years writing PHP in production. Symfony or Laravel both fine.
• Comfortable in PostgreSQL beyond basics — indexes, EXPLAIN, locks.
• You've done DDD or hexagonal architecture without making it religion.
• French or English fluent; Darija a plus.
