Responsibilities
- Assist the A49West Architecture team in a variety of administrative tasks (quality control of communications, coordination of meetings, IT requests, supply ordering and inventory control, lunch and learn coordination, calendar management, and general file updates) Assist architects, project managers and specification writers with project start-up and various administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or support role
- Experience in the Architecture discipline would be considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment
Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $29.50 to $39.10/hour
MB & ON: $26.90 to $37.10/hour
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $26.60 to $35.40/hour
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The wage range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
