Position Overview
The main function of the Product Fulfillment Coordinator (PFC) is to support and execute tasks related to order management based on customer requirements. They will work directly with vendors, mostly IT hardware suppliers, while working on schedule, plan, executing orders, and controlling the deliveries to our final client.
The PFC will work closely with our Sales/Financial department and will keep meticulous records of all transactions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and process sales orders to ensure timely release to final
- Assist with the quoting and ordering of products (hardware & software) using online
- Processing requests from both internal Bulletproof depts as well as external
- Processing of customer PO’s and providing customers with ETA’s on their
- Review product backorder report and close orders in ordering
- Create and submit Bulletproof PO’s to
- Problem solving sales orders that do not release
- Prepare reports and follow up on backordered line
- Monitor daily cycle count reports and follow up to document adjustments per inventory control audit procedures.
- Prepare monthly cycle count summary
- All other duties as required
Required Education And Other Credentials
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Technology or related field of study, or equivalent
- combination of education and/or
- Order Entry experience would be a strong asset
- Experience with product fulfilment, preferably with exposure to hardware product
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Qualifications & Experience
- Robust understanding of Bulletproof products, solutions, and services.
- Working experience with ticketing systems such as Zen Desk, Service Now, or BNJ, as well as with Remote Management and monitoring systems.
- Good understanding of the operation of infrastructure assets including CISCO, Fortinet, Barracuda, O365/Azure, VMware, ITSM and other tools used in our environments is required.
- Capacity to monitor and review IT system logs, server security, and special services on servers.
- Proven ability to lead complex troubleshooting and how and to whom to escalate the situation.
- Managing the use of the support personnel to ensure customer programs are running efficiently.
- Deep understanding to the point of being a subject matter expert of technical matters related to Managed Services/Professional Services.
- Identify and resolve problems timely and efficiently.
- Ensure timely action is taken to meet the needs of others.
- Written and Oral Communication - Communicate clearly and persuasively both in writing and verbally.
- Be a key player and operate well within the organization; consistently provide positive feedback to team members
