The System Support Analyst is responsible for providing desktop system and ATM end-user across all locations and contributes to the maintenance and implementation of the organization’s network and systems infrastructure. The role is also responsible to collaborate with IT service providers and vendors on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include

  • IT Support, Systems & Infrastructure
  • Serves as the first point of contact for technical support requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues across all locations.
  • Supports the setup, maintenance, and administration of user accounts, system access, and permissions across organizational systems and applications.
  • Provides employee training and guidance on technology tools and best practices while maintaining system configuration and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Assists with the delivery of remote support services to employees working across multiple locations.
  • Supports the installation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing operation of desktop hardware, software, and network systems across all locations.
  • Supports branch ATM hardware, software, and communication systems to ensure reliable operation and member service.
  • Monitors and maintains wired and wireless network performance, connectivity, and system availability.
  • Supports LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and remote work environments.
  • Maintains IT asset inventories and assists with system upgrades, software implementations, and technology initiatives that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
  • Cybersecurity, Risk Management & Compliance
  • Implements and maintains security controls and technology safeguards to protect organizational systems, information, and data privacy.
  • Monitors network, server, workstation, and software environments, responding to and documenting incidents and alerts as required.
  • Supports cybersecurity initiatives, including incident response planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection activities.
  • Participates in internal audits and supports compliance with organizational policies, privacy requirements, and industry standards.
  • Assists in maintaining the secure handling, storage, backup, encryption, and destruction of sensitive information.
  • Innovation, Vendor Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborates with vendors, technology partners, and service providers to support systems, infrastructure, and operational requirements.
  • Provides input into IT projects and technology plans that align with business objectives and support innovation.
  • Assists in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to improve business processes and employee experience.
  • Supports testing and implementation of technology solutions, upgrades, and recovery strategies.
  • Stays current on technology trends, cybersecurity developments, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have successfully completed a post-secondary certificate or diploma program in an IT related program p lus have 1-3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Following Technical Skills Would Be Considered An Asset

  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer technology, IT systems, software, and hardware.
  • Proficient knowledge of cybersecurity practices and security controls.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID, Azure, business applications, and technology systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance, privacy, and operational risk management requirements.

This position offers a salary range of $57,800 - $68,000.
