Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
- Collaborate in the development of plans for the evolution, succession and operation of technological infrastructures;
- Participate in the design, validation and implementation of technological architectures and solutions;
- Conduct proofs of concept;
- Advise the client on existing or future technological solutions;
- Carry out feasibility, technical, economic, design, operation, safety and performance analyses;
- Participate in impact and risk analyses;
- Contribute to the planning, organization, direction and control of activities related to the processes concerned;
- Provide technical and functional support for the processes and monitoring tools implemented;
- Collaborate in the management, optimization and monitoring of the quality of services, particularly in terms of incident and problem resolution;
- Provide advice, expertise and support to service and process owners;
- Write the necessary documentation for operations and technology architecture.
The profile sought is as follows
- Minimum of eight years of experience in information technology;
- Minimum of five years of experience in technological architecture, acquired within the last ten years;
- Experience in large-scale projects carried out within complex organizations or comparable to the client;
- Experience in integrating technology solutions in multi-platform environments, affecting systems, technologies and work processes;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, pure or applied science, engineering or a related field;
- Specialized certification in one of the following areas: operating systems, networking, data transport, storage, IP telephony or cloud computing.
