Must be able to work Saturday to Wednesday 1-9pm

Must have Advanced Food Safety or willing to complete.

Supervise and manage all food production including receiving and inventory and all food service areas

in the Home as per direction of the Food Service Manager.

Assist Food Service Manager with Inventory Control.

Assist Food Service Manager to develop, monitor and ensure compliance with the preventive

maintenance program of the department.

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the Department and the Home

Assist Food Service Manager with recruitment, hiring, orientation, supervision, and delegation of tasks.

Conducts daily inspection of the department to identify / resolve any potential hazards.

Assist Food Service Manager with maintaining SDS (Safety Data Sheets) binder in kitchen.

Ensures maintenance of operational records (e.g., menus, production sheets. Food temperatures and

refrigerator and freezer temperatures) as required.

Assist Food Service Manager with catering services for scheduled facility functions.

Performs other duties as necessary and appropriate.
