OCM Lead at Affinity

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking an OCM Lead to who will be trained in Prosci (ADKAR), or similar, change management methodologies, and tools. The OCM Lead will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering high quality change management approaches and strategies. They will also be responsible for public relationship strategies and developing and delivering communications that meet applicable standards and is appropriate for the intended audience.

Responsibilities

Participate in data gathering and process workshops and provide inputs for developing the Target Operating Model;

Review System Integrator recommendations with management team, obtain buy-in and provide approvals;

Participate in determining Program team training requirements for implementation efforts;

Develop and deliver a communication strategy to ensure stakeholder involvement and participation;

Develop and analyze Financial and Risk measures for all projects. Deliver a Project dashboard;

Participate in developing an end user training strategy;

Develop and deliver end user 'Train the Trainer' training;

Guide the all-project team in the use of project methodologies, Deliverable templates and tools;

Deliver Change Management approach including stakeholder management and communication

Qualifications

PROSCI Change Management Certification, or ACMP certification

Bachelor’s Degree (Journalism or English Literature); or diploma/degree in Creative Communications / Marketing / Public Relations, Business

Minimum Five (5) years of experience in change management leadership role and in internal and external communications, public relations, journalism or related role

Experience creating impact assessments, building change networks, conducting ADKAR assessments, measuring change readiness, and building and executing associated plans

Strong Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices

Superior writing, editing and proof-reading skills for a variety of mediums i.e., scripts, web, articles, advertising, surveys, etc.

Proficiency in creating change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholders' engagement plans

Demonstrated experience in guiding organizations through significant transitions.

Strong leadership and team management skills

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder and management and reporting

Experience in overseeing the execution of change management plans, ensuring successful adaption of changes by employees

Proven ability to assess the impact of changes on business processes and mitigate potential risks.

Researching, gathering, organizing, crafting strategic messages for variety of stakeholders

Creating, launching and managing communications plans that meet the overall objectives

Project experience orchestrating medium to large-scale change management.

Experience working on SAP Projects

Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines, under tight timelines

Use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent business and political acumen

Leadership and problem-solving skills

Excellent listening, oral, written and presentation skills

Preferred experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator
