Key Responsibilities

• Handle family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and related disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients throughout the legal process.
• Maintain accurate case files and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• JD/LL.B. and active Bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Experience in family law preferred; candidates from other practice areas with a strong interest in family law are encouraged to apply.
• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis) is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
