Production Control Clerk - Corporate location at The NARMCO Group

The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity as a Production Control Clerk in our Corporate location. The candidate for this position will monitor all internet-based customer information systems at the intervals required by the customer.

We are recruiting for a vacant position

Hourly rate = $21.00/hr

Experience

• 1-3yrs experience in working with OEM Portals, including Ford CMMS, Stellantis SMART, Toyota Supplier.com, GM Supply Power
• Knowledge of PLEX ERP software is an asset
• Solid working knowledge with Excel

Responibilties

• Responsible for answering Customer portals at the intervals required by the customer. This includes data maintenance, communication and distribution as it relates to Production Control and Shipping
• Monitor customer ratings and disputing violations as well as updating key measurable tracking
• Review EDI log and edit Customer Releases daily. Enter manual releases as necessary
• Act as liaison between our shipping departments and the customer for part and container related issues
• Follow-up on customer requests ensuring all pertinent information is communicated to our Production Control Manager(s)
• Responsible for coordinating special or miscellaneous type shipments
