Analytics Delivery Specialist at Construction and Equipment Divisional Services

We are seeking an Analytics Delivery Specialist to join our Analytics & Continuous Improvement team at JDI - Construction & Equipment Division. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering analytics solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

You will act as a key liaison between the businesses, ensuring effective communication and successful implementation of analytics initiatives. Your primary focus will be on understanding business requirements, shaping tailored solutions, and supporting organizational change across our various companies.

• Coordinate the delivery of analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
• Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the analytics team, facilitating effective collaboration.
• Work closely with designated business representatives to understand their unique needs and requirements.
• Shape analytics solutions that address business challenges and drive measurable value.
• Support organizational change by facilitating the adoption of analytics initiatives and promoting a data-driven culture.
• Establish consistent practices for intake and requirements definition across multiple business units.
• Improve coordination between business, data, and reporting functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive the adoption of analytics solutions through structured change management approaches and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to transition from ad-hoc reporting to scalable, standardized analytics solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data management.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, process improvement, or project coordination roles.
• Proven experience in a centralized analytics or transformation environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification or equivalent.
• Prosci Change Management certification or relevant experience.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of analytics and data concepts, including data modeling and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
