We are seeking talented and versatile
Canadian French Dubbing Artists to support AI, media, and localization projects by delivering high-quality dubbed audio across various content types. The ideal candidate has strong vocal control, excellent pronunciation, and the ability to perform naturally while matching the tone, emotion, and intent of the original content.
Responsibilities
- Record dubbed audio in Canadian French based on provided scripts and reference materials.
- Deliver natural, engaging, and emotionally appropriate performances.
- Match the intended tone, pace, style, and emotion of the source content.
- Follow project guidelines, pronunciation standards, and dubbing instructions.
- Deliver high-quality audio recordings free from background noise and technical issues.
- Review recordings for accuracy, consistency, synchronization, and completeness before submission.
- Meet project deadlines and recording targets.
- Communicate any script ambiguities, technical issues, or recording challenges to the project team.
- Maintain professionalism and consistency across all recordings.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Canadian French.
- Excellent vocal clarity, articulation, and pronunciation.
- Ability to perform a variety of speaking styles, emotions, and character voices.
- Strong reading comprehension and script interpretation skills.
- Ability to adapt performances to different content types and audiences.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet recording environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use online recording platforms.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in dubbing, voice acting, voice-over, narration, animation, gaming, audiobook, or media localization projects.
- Experience recording for AI, speech recognition, or media projects.
- Familiarity with audio recording software and editing tools.
- Access to professional recording equipment, including a quality microphone and sound-treated recording space.
