Synthesize complex business requirements into clear, actionable program roadmaps and execution plans.

Monitor, analyze, and report on initiative-level financial metrics against strategic targets.

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Qualifications

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.

3+ years of experience supporting project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting initiative rollouts.

Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete, actionable outcomes.

Skilled in crafting and delivering clear, impactful presentations for diverse audiences.

Detail-oriented with strong process improvement and creative problem-solving capabilities.

Great-to-haves

Experience with Agile/Scrum project management frameworks

Salary Range: $70,000-$120,000
