Customer Support Representative Tier 1 - Sales at Access Communications Cooperative Limited

The shifts in this position include Monday - Friday 12 - 8pm and occasional Saturdays.

As a Sales Customer Support Representative

• Answers customers questions in a timely manner.
• Resolves customers issues/problems on customer accounts for TV, Internet, telephone, and security services ‘or’ forwards them to a Tier 2 or Supervisor if need be.
• Verify customers information, book work orders/service calls, answer questions, create tickets and puts notes on customer accounts.
• Sales includes acquiring new customers, retaining current ones, answering questions, providing sales support.
• Strong customer service skills, communication, organizing, and problem-solving skills are needed to be successful in this position.

• Capacity to quickly adapt to new processes, procedures, and technology.
• Previous Call Centre experience is an asset but not required.
• Minimum grade 12 education.
• Clear Criminal Record Check.
