Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools (RDCRS) is seeking exceptional candidates for administrative leadership positions within our school division. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong Catholic Christian leadership, a deep understanding of authentic learning strategies, and the ability to foster inclusive, learner-centered environments.

We are looking for individuals who possess:

• Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and thrives in collaborative team environments

• Possesses a strong understanding of the critical role of instructional leadership in driving student success

• Deeply values the importance of relationships and meaningful stakeholder engagement

• Passionate about both teaching and lifelong learning

• Must be a practicing Catholic with a current pastoral reference

• • Demonstrated leadership experience

  • A Master’s degree in Education or a related field

  • Proven ability to lead educational change effectively
