As a key member of our team, you will manage a portfolio of diverse projects, serving as the critical link between internal teams and clients. You will be responsible for orchestrating project timelines, overseeing deliverables, and proactively addressing challenges, ensuring every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. This role offers the chance to make a tangible difference, driving efficiency and enhancing the overall client experience.
This full-time engagement is available for an immediate start, with an initial duration of 4 months and potential for extension up to 6 months. Candidates are required to provide their own laptop for this assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary client contact, delivering professional, responsive, and proactive communication.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by understanding needs, managing expectations, and ensuring positive experiences.
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with internal teams and clients, including agenda preparation, action item documentation, and follow-up on next steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates with exceptional attention to detail.
- Track project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure all tasks are completed as planned.
- Manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Document and communicate all client requests, project changes, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and clients for seamless project execution.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience.
