This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located in the same country, city, or region where the job is posted. The successful candidate must be available to attend a local office, meeting, training session, or company event if requested.

Every day you’ll be working on different appliances, different homes, and different problems.

Some calls are straightforward. Others require experience, troubleshooting, and good judgment. We’re looking for technicians who can confidently diagnose the issue, explain the repair, complete quality work, and leave knowing the appliance is operating properly.

Typical Service Calls

Your Schedule May Include Jobs Such As

• Washer and dryer repairs
• Refrigerator and freezer repairs
• Dishwasher repairs
• Stove, oven, microwave, and range hood repairs
• Appliance diagnostics
• Part replacement
• Follow-up visits after parts arrive
• Functional testing before closing the work order
• Photo documentation and digital reporting

The Right Candidate

This Position Is Best Suited For Someone Who

• Has at least 3 years of professional appliance repair experience
• Can troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Enjoys working in customers’ homes
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Has their own vehicle, tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Is comfortable using a smartphone for work orders, navigation, photos, and reporting
• Understands when a repair is outside their approved scope
• Communicates professionally with customers and our operations team
