About Bridgepoint Maintenance
Bridgepoint Maintenance provides repair, maintenance, inspection, and property-support services across residential and multi-unit properties.
The business coordinates field professionals, service requests, property access, scheduling, customer communication, documentation, and completion reporting across a growing service network.
Marketing plays an important role in attracting property owners, management companies, institutional clients, and qualified service professionals. It also influences local visibility, service demand, customer trust, reputation, and expansion into new markets.
Bridgepoint Maintenance is building a stronger marketing operation to support customer acquisition, contractor recruitment, market growth, brand credibility, and predictable demand across its service areas.
About The Position
Bridgepoint Maintenance is hiring a Vice President of Marketing Operations to lead the company’s marketing strategy, customer acquisition, contractor recruitment marketing, brand development, and growth systems.
This position will oversee how the company attracts new customers, enters new service areas, builds demand for maintenance services, recruits qualified field professionals, protects its public reputation, and measures the commercial impact of marketing.
The successful candidate must be able to build a coordinated marketing function across paid media, local search, content, social media, reputation management, public relations, creative production, CRM, analytics, AI, and automation.
This is not a campaign-management or single-channel role. We are looking for a senior leader who can build the structure, team, reporting, standards, and accountability required to support a growing field-service business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company’s marketing strategy across customer acquisition, contractor recruitment, service demand, market expansion, and brand growth
- Build clear processes for marketing requests, campaign planning, production, approvals, launches, reporting, and performance review
- Lead paid advertising across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other appropriate channels
- Allocate marketing budgets across customer segments, service categories, geographic markets, and recruitment campaigns
- Improve lead quality, booked service opportunities, client conversion, contractor applications, and customer-acquisition cost
- Connect marketing activity to CRM records, qualified opportunities, signed clients, completed jobs, repeat business, contractor onboarding, and revenue
- Build separate marketing strategies for property owners, property-management companies, real estate operators, commercial clients, and field-service professionals
- Develop repeatable launch plans for new cities, service territories, and maintenance categories
- Oversee SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profiles, service-area pages, citations, backlinks, reviews, and technical website performance
- Improve local search visibility for repair, maintenance, inspection, turnover, and property-support services
- Lead content, social media, video, photography, design, copywriting, job-site stories, service education, and customer testimonials
- Establish standards for brand messaging, creative quality, safety-related communication, customer expectations, and public-facing materials
- Build systems for review generation, negative-review response, public complaints, service-recovery communication, and reputation-risk escalation
- Oversee public relations, media coverage, partnerships, awards, events, community activity, and industry credibility
- Partner with operations, dispatch, customer service, recruitment, finance, technology, and executive leadership
- Work with CRM, analytics, development, website, automation, and AI teams to improve tracking, lead routing, attribution, follow-up, and reporting
- Introduce AI and automation where they can improve campaign output, lead handling, reporting, content workflows, recruitment marketing, or cost efficiency
- Build and manage a team that may include internal employees, offshore staff, agencies, freelancers, creators, media buyers, SEO specialists, and project-based resources
- Hire, coach, evaluate, and hold marketing team members accountable
- Build dashboards covering advertising spend, qualified leads, service bookings, contractor applications, conversion, acquisition cost, local visibility, reviews, market growth, and revenue contribution
- Identify underperforming campaigns, weak markets, poor lead quality, inaccurate tracking, inefficient spending, and execution problems
- Present leadership with clear findings, risks, recommendations, and resource requirements
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience
- At least 5 of those years must have been in a senior marketing leadership role
- Relevant senior roles may include Vice President of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Head of Growth, Agency Operations Director, or a comparable position
- Senior leadership experience must include responsibility for strategy, budgets, team performance, execution, reporting, and measurable business outcomes
- Experience managing marketing across multiple markets, service areas, customer groups, business units, brands, or client accounts
- Strong experience in performance marketing, lead generation, growth marketing, multi-location marketing, agency operations, or service-based marketing
- Experience managing internal, remote, offshore, freelance, agency, and project-based resources
- Strong paid-media experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok, retargeting, landing pages, funnels, and conversion tracking
- Strong understanding of lead quality, attribution, conversion, customer-acquisition cost, budget optimization, and revenue reporting
- Experience connecting marketing activity to CRM data and confirmed business outcomes
- Strong SEO and local-search experience, particularly across multiple cities or service areas
- Experience with reputation management, review generation, negative-review response, PR, partnerships, events, and brand credibility
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, customer trust, public messaging, creative direction, and service expectations
- Experience working with developers, CRM teams, website teams, analysts, automation specialists, and technology vendors
- Practical experience using AI and automation within marketing operations
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets, campaign performance, team productivity, and cost control
- Experience building reporting systems, approval processes, campaign playbooks, and quality-control standards
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, prioritization, and judgment
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Ontario or GTA-based candidates are preferred
- Ability to attend meetings, shoots, events, launches, and leadership sessions in Vaughan when required

The Ideal Candidate
You are a commercially focused marketing leader who understands how to grow a service business operating through field teams and local markets.
You know that marketing success is not measured by clicks, impressions, or application volume alone. It must produce qualified service opportunities, reliable customers, strong contractor candidates, completed work, repeat business, and revenue.
You can create structure across customer marketing, recruitment marketing, local-market growth, content, reputation, and performance advertising without allowing the function to become fragmented.
You are comfortable combining internal staff, offshore teams, agencies, freelancers, creators, AI, automation, and software while maintaining standards and accountability.
You can identify poor lead quality, weak campaigns, inconsistent messaging, unreliable tracking, or underperforming resources and take corrective action quickly.
You also understand that trust is critical in maintenance services. Customers are allowing field professionals into their properties, and the company’s reputation depends on reliability, professionalism, communication, documentation, and service quality.

- Teams have clear ownership, deadlines, and performance expectations
- Leadership receives accurate reporting and direct recommendations
- The marketing function can support growth without sacrificing quality or cost control
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is up to C$160,000, based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, leadership history, and previous scope of responsibility.
The role also includes up to C$60,000 in annual performance-based incentive compensation. Total annual compensation may reach C$220,000 when the agreed performance objectives are achieved.
The final package will consider the scale of the candidate’s previous teams, budgets, markets, service portfolios, recruitment programs, and measurable growth results.
