Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join us at our Vancouver or Toronto offices. In this role, you support senior staff across a broad range of operational, analytical and administrative functions, with a particular focus on marketing and the firm's public presence.
Role Overview
Your role will include:
- Assisting staff and managers in daily operations, with a focus on marketing
- Assisting the executive team in planning and executing operational and strategic initiatives
- Supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns, materials and events
- Drafting and proofing marketing copy
- Maintaining the website and the firm's social channels
- Coordinating with agencies, designers and printers on deliverables
- Keeping the marketing calendar and asset library up to date
- Reporting on campaign performance and channel activity
- Identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best practices
- Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
Required Skills or Experience
- Undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing, communications, commerce or a related field
- Minimum 3.7/4.0 cumulative GPA
- Interest in or exposure to marketing considered an asset
- Strong writing and proofreading ability
- Comfort with marketing and analytics tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor with client-centric focus
- Proactive self-starter with problem-solving abilities
Salary and Benefits
- $115,000 base salary
- Discretionary bonus up to 20% based on performance
- Extended health benefits
Position Type
- Nature: Permanent, Full-time, and in person.
- Time Commitment: High-commitment position with the requirement for extensive overtime as needed
- Work Location: Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON
