Summer Training Bonus

New hires who join the TELUS D2C program between

June 15 may be eligible to earn a training bonus of up to $600 per week ($100 per completed workday, up to 6 days per week), provided the weekly sales targets are achieved:

• Week 1: 2 sales
• Week 2: 4 sales
• Week 3: 8 sales
• Week 4: 10 sales

• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the Edmonton area
• Introduce customers to TELUS products and services
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Achieve individual and team sales goals
• Maintain strong product knowledge and professionalism
• Collaborate with a motivated, performance-driven team

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset—but not required
