About The Role

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality construction documentation, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project delivery from design through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce accurate, coordinated architectural drawing packages using Revit.
• Lead consultant coordination meetings and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Assist with technical research, drawing preparation, and specification development.
• Support project delivery in collaboration with project managers and design teams.
• Coordinate and oversee project deliverables to ensure quality and schedule requirements are met.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Strong experience producing construction documents using Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Solid understanding of architectural building systems, construction methods, and applicable building codes.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience leading consultant coordination and working within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with multi-unit residential projects is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Enscape, Twinmotion, or Veras is an asset.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices or a willingness to learn is an asset.
