Key Responsibilities

• Manage landscape construction projects, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and site activities
• Lead site meetings with clients, designers, and internal teams
• Resolve issues and adapt to changing site conditions
• Support and mentor field teams to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape construction project management experience
• 6+ years of hands-on landscape construction installation experience
• Strong knowledge of hardscape and softscape installation
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
• Experience with project management/estimating software (LMN an asset)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
