Operations Manager at Gryd
Find your spot at GrydPark We’re on a mission to make parking a whole lot easier. Come help us do it.
GrydPark builds the technology that makes parking work at scale. We partner with enterprise clients and property owners to run parking as a real business, and we give lot managers the tools to handle it day-to-day. On the driver side, our app makes finding a spot and paying for it a whole lot simpler (pun intended).
Parking is a serious business, but a lot of it still runs on spreadsheets and guesswork. We replace that with software that shows owners exactly what their lots are doing and helps them turn empty stalls into revenue, while giving drivers a parking experience that actually works.
We’re growing, and we are looking for people who want to take ownership, contribute their perspective and see the impact of their work.
Role Details
Company: GrydPark
Location: Winnipeg, MB - Hybrid
Employment type: Full-time - Permanent
Start date: As soon as possible
Department: GrydPark Operations
Reports to: Director of Operations
ABOUT THE ROLE
GrydPark is growing fast, and this role sits right at the center of it. You'll be responsible for onboarding new properties end-to-end, while shaping the processes and vendor relationships that keep the operation moving. This isn't a role where someone hands you a checklist; you'll spot the gaps, propose the fixes, and make the call.
We're looking for a natural communicator who builds trust with clients easily, a problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what's broken, and someone who moves easily between teams — client success, vendors, sales, product, and finance all rely on you to connect the dots.
Join at a moment where the impact you make will genuinely shape where GrydPark goes next.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new properties — client communication and accounts, portal listings and access, signage, installers, and enforcement
- Manage ongoing client relationships and resolve day-to-day property issues (disputes, billing, escalations)
- Coordinate the enforcement schedule, manage enforcement vendor relationships and identify and onboard enforcement vendors in new markets
- Manage signage and materials inventory
- Handle recurring client invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments
- Own and continuously improve GrydPark's Operations Manual and SOPs
- Partner with the product team on feedback, bug tracking, and new launches
- Train and support junior team members and interns
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We are looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years in operations, project management, or account management
- Experience managing client and vendor relationships
- Familiarity with project management/CRM tools (ClickUp, Jira, HubSpot, or similar)
- Comfortable learning new SaaS platforms quickly
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple workstreams
