We're looking for a motivated student from a university or community college program to join our team in Saint John. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on business experience while supporting our invoicing and administrative processes. This role can be a full time position, or a part time position for the right applicant. This is a contract position until the end of December 2026.

In this role, you'll help with invoicing, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support our Accounting and Invoicing team.

As An Invoicing Administration Student, You Will

  • Prepare and send customer invoices
  • Enter and update information in company systems
  • Review invoices for accuracy
  • Process customer payments and upload invoices to customer websites/portals
  • Answer basic invoice-related questions from customers and team members
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper files
  • Assist with reporting and record keeping
  • Work with team members to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Support month-end administrative activities
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as required

Required Competencies

  • Currently enrolled in a university or community college program
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is an asset
