Preferred Rehab Physiotherapy - West 5 is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our collaborative team in Ontario!
Location: 1295 Riverbend Rd, Suite 220, London, Ontario
Status: Part Time - approximately 20 hours per week

Our Front Desk Patient Care Coordinators are an important part of our team who provide outstanding administrative support to patients, co-workers and stakeholders, in keeping with the pt Health commitment to patient centered care. They ensure the efficient, professional and organised operation of the clinic office.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional front-desk experience by managing calls, greeting patients, and addressing inquiries
- Coordinate accurate patient intake and maintain up-to-date records throughout treatment
- Assist patients with completing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently
- Collect payments at time of service and submit insurance claims to third-party funders
- Perform data entry and billing in accordance with clinic procedures
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, courier, and fax
- Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director
Qualifications & Core Competencies
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration or related field is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
- Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite; previous experience with EMR/Case Management systems considered an asset
- Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous experience in a physiotherapy or multidisciplinary healthcare clinic is considered a strong asset
