Senior Business Analyst, GR&S at BRP

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and solution delivery. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and lead discussions that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, organized, and capable of quickly gaining expertise in new business domains.

You'll Have The Opportunity To

  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and support their prioritization.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements and ensure that the list is complete, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate discussions to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solution options that will address business needs and deliver expected value.
  • Drive collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project planning, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
  • Document the User Acceptance Test (UAT) strategy, actively assist the business in scenario definition, and support UAT execution.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and align diverse interests.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, business consulting, project delivery, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience working on cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating work sessions, gathering requirements, and supporting business transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds, functions, and levels of seniority.
  • Ability to quickly understand new business domains, processes, and subject matter.
  • Comfortable operating in evolving and ambiguous environments.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in analysis and documentation.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong planning, documentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to bring structure to complex problems and initiatives.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and facilitating constructive discussions to improve outcomes.
