General Laborer at Allredi

Reporting to the Shop Manager, the General Labourer is responsible for various Manufacturing duties such as painting, cleaning material handling of abrasive material.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Palletization
• Product packaging line support
• Identify & report damage or inconsistencies
• Trained on Operating Powder and wet application equipment
• Cleaning as required
• Yard coordination (Flagman/gate coordinator)
• Ability to multitask & work with minimal supervision in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and result oriented who is organized, positive & energetic
• Collaborative team player, strong interpersonal skills
• Friendly / personable / team player
• Safety & detailed focus
• Have a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to stand, lift 50 lbs. carry, bend, reach.
• Willing to work in all conditions outside; hours of operation will vary based on job specifics.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
