ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an energetic, organized Project Manager to join our Delivery/Operations team. As a Project Manager at Gryd, you're the backbone of our project execution. Orchestrating timelines, managing stakeholders, and ensuring every project gets delivered on time, within scope, and to our high-quality standards is key.

This role sits within a collaborative environment where you'll work cross-functionally to bring client projects to life. You'll own projects from initiation through completion, coordinate both internal resources and external vendors, and act as the central point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle. You'll thrive in our fast-paced startup environment where ownership, clear communication, and problem-solving are everything.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee project delivery end-to-end (managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, internal resources, and vendor coordination)
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring needs are met at every stage
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; ensure quality work is delivered on time and in scope
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (timelines, budgets, scope, status reports) and generate accurate invoices
  • Continuously optimize project workflows and processes to improve team productivity

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 2–3+ years of proven project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong project management fundamentals with impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, concise communication and strong stakeholder management
  • Adaptability and quick problem-solving in fast-paced environments
  • Ownership mentality—you're accountable for outcomes and maintain composure under pressure

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ClickUp, QuickBooks, ReviewStudio, and HubSpot
  • Background in real estate, property management, architecture, interior design, or marketing
