We are looking for an energetic, purpose-driven Community Advisor. You'll lead our community investment and development initiatives like partnerships, outreach and sponsorships. Our ideal candidate loves to build relationships and collaborate on projects that serve to advance the well-being of real people and their communities.

What you’ll do

  • Promote and lead community programs that support the environment social and governance (ESG) strategy and commitments to Truth and Reconciliation Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
  • Engage in all phases of community development programming through supporting and coordinating outreach activities and events participation
  • Collaborate with community organizations to engage in values-aligned partnerships that create positive community impact and increase brand equity

What you’ve got

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in community relations, development, and engagement with community-based organizations, including Indigenous communities
  • The ability to conduct and use research to innovate our processes
