Ce que vous ferez

• Préparer et remplir les demandes de propositions, les demandes de renseignements et les questionnaires de diligence raisonnable pour toutes les sociétés affiliées du Groupe financier CC&L. Pour ce faire, vous devrez travailler en étroite collaboration avec des spécialistes de tous les secteurs d’activité.
• Rédiger de nouvelles réponses et recommander des améliorations à valeur ajoutée pour les réponses aux demandes de propositions existantes.
• Tenir à jour et administrer une base de données de réponses aux demandes de propositions et assurer l’uniformité de tous les documents de marketing.
• Contribuer à la préparation et à la mise à jour de divers rapports et dossiers nécessaires au processus de demande de propositions.
• Contribuer à la mise à jour et au maintien de diverses bases de données externes sur les placements et les consultants, au besoin.

Ce que vous apportez

• Vous détenez un diplôme en finance ou l’équivalent et avez un intérêt véritable pour le secteur des placements.
• De deux à quatre ans d’expérience dans une société de placements institutionnels, une banque ou une société de fiducie seront bénéfiques à votre réussite. La réussite de cours pertinents dans le secteur serait également un atout.
• Vous pouvez vous exprimer clairement oralement et par écrit et travailler avec les autres pour résoudre des problèmes complexes.
• Vous vous engagez à contribuer et à soutenir une équipe de personnes qui partagent votre point de vue et qui sont motivées par des normes élevées.
• Vous êtes une personne avisée, ambitieuse et enthousiaste qui cherchera à améliorer les processus existants et à mettre en œuvre des solutions créatives.
• Vous avez une connaissance pratique des applications Microsoft Office.

What You Will Do

• Preparing and completing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs for all CC&L Financial Group affiliates; this involves working closely with subject matter experts from all business areas.
• Drafting new responses and recommending value added enhancements to the existing RFP responses.
• Maintaining and administering an RFP response database and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of various reports and files required to support the RFP process.
• Assist with updating and maintaining various external investment and consultant databases, if required.

What You Bring

• You have a Finance Degree or equivalent and a genuine interest for the investment industry.
• 5 – 7 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success. Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.
• You can articulate yourself clearly verbally and written and work well with others to resolve complex issues.
• You are committed to contributing and supporting a team of like-minded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
• You are a sharp, ambitious, and enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
• You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
