What You'll Do
- Perform detailed inspections on below-the-hook lifting gear, rigging equipment, and fall protection devices, ensuring every item meets rigorous safety standards.
- Complete inspection reports with accuracy and care, submitting them to administration upon job completion or on a daily basis depending on project requirements.
- Maintain thorough records of inspected inventory to support billing, certification, and compliance tracking.
- Keep all company equipment properly maintained on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Support other departments as needed, including rigging and warehouse operations, contributing to a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Travel to and work at customer job sites as required, bringing our inspection expertise directly to the field.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent — no prior inspection experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. from floor level to waist level on a regular basis.
- Valid driver's license with a clean enough record to be insurable.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
- Successful candidates must be prepared to complete a criminal background check, driver's abstract, and reference checks as conditions of employment.

- Competitive hourly wage of $22–24, depending on experience.
