The Brightshores Project Director – HIS Renewal (e-Volve Grey Bruce) provides strategic and operational leadership for Brightshores Health System’s local readiness, engagement, change management, and subject matter participation in the transition to the TransForm Shared Services Organization Oracle Health instance (TSSO). The TSSO project team and associated governance structures will lead the technical project work, while Brightshores will focus on ensuring that clinical, operational, physician, and organizational stakeholders are actively engaged and prepared for implementation. The role is accountable for leading Brightshores-specific activities within a complex, multi-year health information system renewal initiative, with a planned go-live target of September / October 2027.
