Our Calgary based O&G client required a SAP HR Payroll Consultant to join their AMS team.

Job Description

• Min 7 years SAP HR Payroll/Time experience
• Act as the onsite functional lead, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore AMS resources to ensure effective production support and delivery of enhancements
• Strong experience in SAP Canada Payroll configuration, including payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and other payroll-related configuration
• Experience supporting year-end payroll activities, legislative changes, and HR Support Pack (HRSP) implementations
• Provide hands-on support for Canadian SAP Payroll for both Union and Non-Union employees
• Strong hands-on experience with Positive and Negative Time Management, including Time Evaluation, schemas, PCRs, attendance and absence configuration, quotas, Work Schedule Rules (WSRs), CATS, and ESS/MSS
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex Payroll and Time Management issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate configuration changes
• Payroll and Time Management integrations and ensure accurate downstream payroll processing
• Should be able to troubleshoot time related issues

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
