Outside Sales Representative at Dawn Staffing Solutions Inc

We are seeking a motivated

Sales Representativ e with strong experience in driving business growth within the manufacturing and fabrication industry in Guelph, ON region.

Pay - Up to $75K

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to generate new leads and business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Travel across Canada to meet clients, present solutions, and close sales
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in manufacturing, machining, or fabrication industry
• Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Canada
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Valid driver’s license
