Senior Executive Assistant at Lambert Nemec Group
Position Overview
Lambert Nemec Group, is partnering with our client to recruit an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who is comfortable working with executives, managing confidential information, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring priorities are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to a C-suite leaderhip team.
- Manage complex, fast-shifting calendars and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate both business and personal travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, correspondence, and documentation across multiple entities.
- Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion, understanding that visibility into this work is limited even within the internal team.
- Serve as the key coordination point across a range of moving parts, anticipating needs and keeping priorities on track.
- Assist with strategic projects and special initiatives as they arise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of demostrated experience supporting senior or C-suite level executives.
- Board governance experience is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting multiple executives or multiple entities is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity; multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and evolving responsibilities.
- Exceptional discretion and judgment; comfortable holding information in strict confidence.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Highly adaptable and resourceful, able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Class 5F Drivers License and reliable transportation.
Rewards
- Competitive salary of $80,000-$90,000, based on experience.
