How Will You Make An Impact

As a Staff Pharmacist with Rexall Direct, Rexall's mail-order pharmacy serving patients across Eastern Canada, you will play an important role in improving access to healthcare and medication support. Working within a collaborative pharmacy team, you will help ensure safe, accurate, and timely prescription fulfillment while delivering exceptional patient care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Reviewing and verifying prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and accuracy.
• Providing medication counseling and patient support through telephone and virtual interactions.
• Conducting clinical assessments, medication reviews, and other pharmacist-delivered services within scope of practice.
• Collaborating with prescribers, healthcare partners, and pharmacy teams to resolve drug therapy issues and optimize patient outcomes.
• Supporting adherence initiatives and continuity of care for patients receiving ongoing therapies.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and Rexall policies.
• Maintaining accuracy, quality, and operational excellence within a high-volume pharmacy environment.
• Contributing to a positive, patient-focused culture centered on service excellence.

Qualifications To Succeed

• Licensed Pharmacist in Province of interest
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team.
• Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance
