We're seeking a Marketing Consultant to support a growing Individual Life Insurance portfolio through the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive awareness, advisor engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key marketing partner, you'll work cross-functionally with product, sales, digital, and marketing teams to create customer-centric campaigns and experiences that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support life insurance products, advisor engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management across digital, email, web, social, print, and advisor-facing channels.
• Translate complex insurance concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages and customer experiences.
• Support and optimize digital customer journeys, including lead generation programs, quote tools, illustration platforms, and conversion-focused website experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and business teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Manage marketing plans, budgets, timelines, agency relationships, and project deliverables.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders and helping shape marketing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns with expertise in Life Insurance, Insurance, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Banking environments.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, advisor-led sales models, customer acquisition journeys, and insurance distribution channels.
• Proven ability to lead both marketing strategy and hands-on execution, taking initiatives from planning through launch, optimization, and reporting.
• Experience creating multi-channel awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion programs.
• Knowledge of life insurance illustration tools, quote platforms, advisor technologies, or related customer-facing insurance experiences.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, forecasts, and competing priorities.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting individual life insurance products or portfolios.
• Experience working with advisors, underwriting teams, product managers, or actuarial stakeholders.
• Exposure to illustration platform enhancements, implementations, or workflow optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of life insurance regulations, products, and advisor distribution models.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations.
