WAGE RATE: $61,355 – $73,547

Reporting to the CEO, Brightshores Health System Owen Sound Foundation; the Foundation Associate, Donor Experience is responsible for strengthening relationships with current and prospective donors, growing revenue and improving staff engagement. The program will ensure long-term donor retention and increase ongoing engagement. The Foundation Associate will work closely with the CEO to implement a Foundation stewardship plan for all donors. The Foundation Associate is responsible for donor acquisition through patient and family solicitation and Health Care Hero Program. This role is also tasked with building and maintaining positive relationship between the Foundation and Brightshores staff and physicians.

Skills/Abilities/Qualifications

Required

• Preferred College or University Degree in Fundraising/Non-Profit Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience and demonstrated success in a fundraising environment.
• Experience managing projects with tight timelines and firm deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a small team.
• Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge, or other donor database is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience in software programs and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Canva, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to effectively maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple demands and complete assignments in an accurate and timely manner
• Knowledge Brightshores Health System and its operating system is an asset.
