We are currently seeking a Houseperson to join our dynamic Hotel Team. As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness in our guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas in a hotel.

Perform deep-cleaning tasks such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.

Replenish supplies in storage rooms, such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items etc.

Respond to guest requests for housekeeping services promptly and efficiently.

Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the appropriate department.

Follow and adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation protocols.

Work full-time with potential for early starts, late evening, and weekend shifts.

Ability to work flexible hours, including shift rotations and on-call availability.

Expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on hotel needs.

Assisting housekeeping management with other duties as directed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Certification in cleaning and sanitation practices (e.g., Certified Housekeeping Supervisor, OSHA 30-hour General Industry) is preferred.

Experience with specialized cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus.

Knowledge of hotel management software systems is desirable.

Compensation

Hourly wage: $23.50
