  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders at all levels to define, validate and refine business requirements
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis across systems and business processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and SMEs to support solution design, test planning, UAT, and implementation.
  • Support change management, readiness planning, and post‑implementation validation activities.
  • Document complex end‑to‑end workflows across client‑facing, operational, and system‑driven processes.
  • Partner with SMEs to define requirements that enhance process efficiency, control, usability, and data accuracy.
  • Support initiatives involving integrations with internal systems and third‑party vendors.
  • Identify and clarify cross‑team dependencies, ensuring handoffs and responsibilities are well defined and understood.

  • You consistently bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problems by asking the right questions, synthesizing information, and translating business needs into well structured requirements.
  • You regularly look for ways to streamline processes, strengthen controls, improve client and advisor experiences, and advance the firm’s transformation goals.
  • You adapt quickly to shifting priorities and remain grounded, organized, and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, producing high‑quality deliverables while identifying opportunities to streamline process and improve user experience.
  • You demonstrate curiosity, ownership and initiative by anticipating risk, surfacing dependencies and driving issues to resolution
  • You contribute to efficient, low‑rework delivery by defining accurate requirements, supporting testing and validation activities, and partnering closely through implementation.
  • You help ensure solutions meaningfully improve advisor and client experiences.
